Summary
EXCELLENCE BOOST project aims to boost development of modern VET teachers and trainers, who are focused on their growth and personal development (transversal competencies, digital competencies etc.), focused on students/ needs, and focused on personal and organisational excellence. The project will support VET teachers/trainers' digital and personal competencies improvement, and as a result, increased motivation and satisfaction in daily work as well as serve a motivation to start with excellent approach on a personal and organizational level.
The main objectives of the project were:
• Boosting the innovative potential in vocational education
• Building the personal, transversal and digital competences of VET teachers / trainers
• Providing the posibility to think “out of the box” by sharing/learning innovative ideas and methodsfrom other types of educational organisations (universities, elementary schools, private adulteducation providers etc.)
• Helping educational organisations to create the environment of excellence and to become theLearning organisations• Enhancing the human capital in Learning organisations
• Helping the Learning organisations to network with other similar thinking organisations acrossEurope and Africa
