Building Intercultural Competence

What will you learn

This interactive course will provide space to reflect on our cultural
identities and foster understanding of diverse perspectives. Participants
working in international teams or with different cultures will gain insights
into how cultural values influence behaviour and communication.
Additionally, the course will explore the linguistic aspects of using English
as a lingua franca.

  empathy, and inclusion among participants.

• Enhance Cultural Awareness: Enable participants to experience diverse
  viewpoints, encouraging them to analyse their own cultural identities

  linguistic nuances in English.
